Footings and stem walls

We excavate, form and pour continuous and spread footings, then stem walls where your plans call for them. Rebar is placed and tied to the plan, with proper cover and laps, so the inspection goes smoothly.

Slab-on-grade foundations

For many desert homes and ADUs, a monolithic or two-pour slab foundation is the most practical option. We coordinate with your plumber and electrician on under-slab work and sleeves, then place vapor barrier, reinforcement and anchor bolts before the pour.

Desert soil and foundation prep

Loose sand and decomposed granite need proper compaction before they can support a structure. We follow the soils report and plan requirements for over-excavation and compaction, and keep the site ready for testing when it is required.

Working with your builder and inspector

We coordinate pour dates with inspections, have forms and steel ready on time, and communicate directly with your general contractor. Owner-builders are welcome too; we will walk you through what needs to happen and when.
